Deformity is a real issue affecting 1 in 5 children born into American Society. Deformity affects perceptions by self, as well as perceptions by others. Deformity is not the fault of the victim, but can sometimes be the fault of others, including the parents or physicians for failing to take therapeutic rehabilitative measures. Often many deformities can be corrected before the child comes of age, thereby sparing them a life of humiliation and self loathing, as well as rejection by the greater of society. It could be considered negligence by the parents for allowing correctable deformity to pass unchecked. It most definitely should be considered negligence by the greater of society to fail to act to correct a correctable deformity if the parents are unable to do so on their own.
The most basic deformity which happens on a regular basis is that of orthodontics…correcting misshapen teeth. Some other corrective deformities are crooked spines and the need to wear leg braces or corrective orthopedic shoes to correct misshapen legs and backs.
Sometimes facial deformities can result from a child sleeping too long on one side of their face during infancy.
Whatever the deformity, the American Symmetrical Society is your ally on the path to recovery, and to navigate the ignorance of the greater society, which too often misdiagnosis the true condition, and only addresses the manifestations of the angst….ie diagnosing children as schizophrenic when in reality, those children are correctly perceiving their facial or bodily deformities, thereby adding to mental stress and depression.
A whole slew of negative attributes result as a by product of being asymmetrical. When humans are formed correctly, THE WORLD IS THEIR OYSTER, as society heaps benefits upon them for “looking good”. This is the reality of the world we live in, and A.S.S. was formed to correctly set the record straight, so that children and adults can start receiving the proper care they deserve. For no one should need to go through life ASYMMETRICAL. It is a burden, and a chore to be improperly formed.
